Regions in jeopardy unless WRU deal is signed

The Welsh Rugby Union tells Scarlets, Ospreys and Dragons they have until Thursday to sign a new Professional Rugby Agreement or risk a two-year notice period being imposed which could jeopardise the regions' futures.
