Fognini battle a 'wake-up call' for Alcaraz - McEnroe

Former US star John McEnroe says Carlos Alcaraz was "flat as a pancake" against Italian Fabio Fognini as the reigning Wimbledon champion was forced into a five-set battle in the first round.
